From Hags book ‘How Things Are’
‘Crabs live in sand, it’s mostly wet. We crawled out of the sea, and needed cushions to sit comfortably upon. Water supports us. We are sunk into the landscape in a very physical way; we are dissolved in it, and it’s just our heads that stick out in a state of awareness. We are mostly water: babies are 75%, men are 65% and women are 55%. Fatter people are less watery than lean folk. Does the moon turn our tides? It’s a pinch.’
